The Sirian Shadow

The Sirius Shadow lineage is the most intense, passionate, and secretive of all Xylocats. Their Xylo-Signal is a Fixed Water broadcast that burns from Sirius (α Canis Majoris), the brightest star in the entire night sky. The star itself defines their personality: its name means glowing or scorching, the source of their passionate and resourceful nature. Its colloquial name, the "Dog Star", speaks to their determined and unwavering potential.

The lineage's "too much secretive" nature is also a direct reflection of their origin. Sirius is not a solitary star; it is a binary system. It has a smaller companion, Sirius B, a "white dwarf" star that was the first ever to be discovered. It is incredibly massive but condensed, and almost impossible to see, hidden in the glare of the main star. The Sirian Xylocat is this system: a fixed, blazing, passionate exterior that hides an even more intense and secretive core, attuned to the deepest mystical abilities of the Ancestors.
